Dr. Sumit Parikh is an emerging poet who graduated from Case Western Reserve University with an Honors in English. He is in a writing mentorship with Brian Evans-Jones, who is a Poet Laureate of Hampshire, UK.
Sumit lives in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
Sumit is a Pediatric Neurologist at the Cleveland Clinic and started working there in 2004. He serves as their Director of Neurogenetics and Director of the Pediatric Neurology Residency Program.
